Spirit of Alaska Wilderness Adventures has been involved with hunting on Kodiak Island since we opened our doors back in November of 1994. We believe in strong hunting morals and fair chase.  We are Kodiak Island residents. We are not in business to see how many hunters we can run through our camps in a season. We are in this business to provide a safe, quality opportunity for you to hunt Kodiak island. Our goat, deer, and bear populations are in great shape - the best in years. 

We offer a unique opportunity for the do-it-your-self hunter. We offer lodging plus big game transporter services in Uyak Bay on Kodiak Island's west side. We have two land based camps available (please visit our accommodations page).   If you like rocking and rolling on a boat all night long or the thrill of wet soggy tent camping in bear country, you have come to the wrong spot. We are not into crowded cramped quarters.  We offer warm comfortable cabins, well lighted indoor game-processing facility, plus drop off and pick up in the field each day - All for a very reasonable rate. Pencil this out and see how our numbers add up.  Your days of roughing it are over.  We only have one group at a time in each of our camps - you and your hunting partners. 

 

Here is how it all breaks down: Saturday to Saturday / Sunday to Sunday 7 days.

Anchorage to Kodiak Island R/T .................  $300 ea.
Float plane, Kodiak to Uyak bay R/T............. $450 ea.
Stay with Spirit of Alaska 7 days ................. $1000 ea.
Food & Beverage .................................. $100 ea.
